Cross Connection Program

Providing and maintaining a safe water supply is a priority of the Algoma Utilities and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR). One of the many things that Algoma Utilities does to help ensure your water safety is to conduct cross connection surveys. Click on Cross Connection Program to learn more about the surveys.

The DNR requires educational material to be available to customers in lieu of normal kitchen and bathroom inspections. To read the entire brochure click on Public Awareness: Cross Connection Control”. Public educational information will also be provided with each residential survey.

Water Rates

The Wisconsin Public Service Commission approves rate cases which analyze capital improvement costs and increases rates based on cost of service studies. To view the current rates click on Water Rates.
