Algoma Utilities has several convenient methods to pay your utility bill.

Pay Automatically

Payments can be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. The automatic payment plan will help you in several ways:

  • Saves you time because there are fewer checks to write.
  • Helps meet your commitment in a convenient and timely manner - even if you are on vacation or out of town.
  • Maintains good credit - your payment is always on time and there are not lost or misplaced statements.
  • Saves postage.
  • Easy to sign up for, easy to cancel.

The automatic payment plan is dependable, flexible, convenient and easy. To take advantage of this service, contact us and we’ll get you started. Or fill out the Ach Sign Up Form and return it to the Algoma Utilities' office with a voided check.

Pay In Person

Algoma Utilities customers can make payments in person at the utility office, located at 1407 Flora Ave Avenue during normal business hours Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Payments can also placed in the night drop box to the left of the front door.

Pay By Mail

If you choose to pay by mail, please send check or money order only. Do not send cash. When paying by mail, be sure to include the top portion of the bill with your payment. Mail your payment to the address at the top of the bill.

Other Payment Locations

Payments can be made at other convenient locations in Algoma. The Bank of Luxemburg accepts payments at the following branch locations.
  • 510 Second St, Algoma
  • 514 Fifth St, Algoma

Debit, Credit and Electronic Check Payments:

Algoma Utilities offers debit and credit card payments through various companies.  Convenience fees will be applied by the company you choose and will depend on the amount paid. They accept all major credit cards.  Choose the company name below to make a payment. Please review your selection occasionally to be sure it is the best option for you.

PayGov This company is ideal to use for online payments.

GovPayNet or call 1-888-604-7888 to make a payment. Phone and online payments will need the following information for payments to be applied properly: Pay Location Number 6165.

Official Payments Corp or call 1-800-272-9829 to make a payment. Use Jurisdiction Code 5872 when requested.. 

Paymentus is the company that our customer portal e-Care uses to process payments.  You will need to setup an e-Care log-in, if you don't have one already.  Under Make a Payment in e-Care you can choose either a one time payment or register to use the Paymentus Customer Portal and get access to more information and features that Paymentus has to offer.
